Our hotel is one of the leading houses in Bad Tölz and is located in the middle of the spa-area. All rooms have the size of 30 to 40 square meters and are equiped with private bath, restroom, balcony, telephone, minibar and colour-TV with radio and teletext.
The sauna is for our guest free of charge.
Bad Toelz is located 50 km outside of Munich and offers a complete programm to relax or to be active. Inexhaustible possibilities for hiking , different sports-facilities and enjoyable programms are waiting for you.

Getting there:
By Car: Take the B 472 towards Bad Tölz and then the Exit Bad Tölz Mitte – Kurviertel Ost. From here on follow the yellow hotel direction system: Follow the Arzbacher Strasse, pass the Asklepios hospital on your left side, towards the tourist information and take the 2nd left turn to Ludwigstrasse. The first right turn to Rieschstrasse.
By train: from Munich take the "Bayerische Oberland Bahn" to Bad Tölz, then from the station take a taxi or the city-bus No. 1 (exit Ludwigsstrasse)
