"Clean room, nice staff. American breakfast was not exactly great, but its usually better to order something Thai for breakfast when in Thailand anyway.
Location is away from backpackers - lots of rockclimbers at Tonsai - and therefore away from Railay East. To get to Railay West with the best best (and highest prices) you have to either swim, take a sea-kayak, or the jungle path (not recommended after dark, and during the day, lots of mosquitoes), but that's why its so quiet. Laundry service was excellent - give them your clothes in the morning and they are back to you by 6:00pm.
Visit the Small World Bar for great bartenders and fireshows - ask for Vie or Monice - they were wonderful.

"The bungalow was very new and spotless. We arrived back one day to find fresh flowers in our room. The location was perfect. We were as close to the beach as you can get. The breakfast was great and the staff there very friendly. The proximity to the other beaches was also a bonus. The longer we stayed the more we discovered. We would highly recommend this place! "No electricity between 9am and 6pm was a bit disconceeting. The gloom in the bathroom and cold showers as a result was OK on the suuny days but on a rainy one not. However it's a beautiful beach and lovely private bay and as a destination for the climbing fratenity it's perfect" - Julie Buchanan
