Getting there:By Tube: Our nearest underground station is Paddington, which has the Bakerloo Line, Circle Line, District Line and the Hammersmith and City Line. Once you exit from the tube station, please walk on your right until you reach London Street, then turn left into Norfolk Square we are located on the left hand side at number 30. By Bus: 2 minutes walk from hotel. The London Buses that are nearby are the 36, 15, 23 and 27. From Heathrow Airport: you can take the Heathrow Express, which will take you directly to Paddington Station, then follow directions as above.

Not the worst of places, but I've seen nicer hotels too. Good for one-night stop if you only sleep there.
The location is excellent, the linens are clean, and Tony, the owner, is very charming.

Rooms were clean. The hotel is very central and in a nice, safe area of London. Took about 20-30 mins to get to Leister Square from here by underground. Underground station is only a 2 min walk from hotel so also very convenient. Breakfast was included and was delivered to the room in the morning. Breakfast was ok, nice for the price.
Staff were very friendly. Only put off by lack of facilities. No commonunial areas, no breakfast area. Shower 4 floors away!
Excellent breakfast, served in room. I would describe the Hotel as 'cheap and cheerful' ; There were two regrets: the TV didn't work satifactorily; the toilet was out of the room down some stairs.
Helpful management. Close to Paddington Station. Good value for your money.

Very good location, within short walking distance to the shops/Tesco and Metro stations. For transport to the airport, you can either take Heathrow express or a taxi (at 35 pounds per taxi) which can be booked by the hotel on request. The breakfast was good too.
