Top Ambassador Hotel Frankfurt

We've stayed here 2 times and we would stay again. Basically, it's in a very convenient location if you're just making a stopover in Frankfurt, as it is just a few hundred meters from the main train station. Rooms are clean and it's a quiet place. There're lots of restaurants and pubs around, most of them turkish, thai, etc.

Near to Frankfurt City Center. Walking distance to Kaufhof, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Central Train Station. No restaurant in the hotel but many restaurants nearby, especially Turkish restaurants (Doner & Kebab Houses). I stayed during an exhibition and the price was too expensive then usual (about 150€). Can be preferred for maximum 75€.

The hotel was very clean with modern bathroom and facilities. Staff were helpful and spoke good english. Breakfast was a basic continetal breakfast with cereal, breads, meats cheese, tea and coffee but was of high quality. The main parts of Frankfurt including the historical centre were within walking distance of the hotel. A comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Close to the city centre, reasonable area despite being classed as the Red Light District. Hotel room itself was not as clean as you would expect and the hot buffet breakfast turned out to be a cold continental breakfast. Generally ok.

Reasonable location. Near some Erotica shops but also the Main Train Station. About 15mins walk to main shopping street The Zeil. A couple miutes walk to River where several museums are locatedon the South Bank. Good price as well. I'd recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at the Top Hotel Ambassador Frankfurt. We especially liked the breakfast, the cozy restaurant environment, the cleanliness and service. Its location is also very convenient, since it is so close to the subway station, shops, and the train station. We surely recommend this hotel to any travellers staying in Frankfurt.

Not a very nice part of town

This hotel has very comfortable location. Small but cosy and not expensive. I liked this hotel very much.

Relatively cheap accomodation so didn't expect any facilities. Nice clean hotel in close to the haupt bahnhof.

Our stay was pleasant but the in room service was bad. The mini ridge wasn't working and when informed management said it wasn't suppose to be there. There was no tea/coffee or kettle facilities in the room and no air condition....weather was hot when we were there. As for the TV, extra cable programmes would help as all the local programmes were in German. The location, cleanliness, pricing and other services were good.

Even if it's located at 30 m.from red light district(Very soft and quiet),the hotel doesn't resent from it.The location is central. Breakfast,service and room were very good.Far better and cheaper than hotels in London or Paris of the same category. It's ideal for low-budget!

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the train station with a good breakfast included this is a good choice. It is clean & the staff helpful.

Excellent service from all front desk personnel

The staff were extremely helpful, the guy in reception when we arrived was a great help to us and helped us organise two different tours which we enjoyed immensely. I will be recommending the Top hotel to all my friends and would certainly stay there again if I ever go back to Frankfurt.

Good, reasonably priced hotel in excellent location in the town centre. Good rooms.

I have stayed at several hotels in Europe for around the same price I paid for this one, but the Top Ambassador Hotel was way better than any of the others. Clean, good neighborhood close to cafes and shopping. A 4 minute walk from the train station. I would stay there again.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Haubtbahnhof and the main shopping area is also reasonably close. The counter staff at the hotel were very helpful, looking after my bags for the whole day after I had booked out.

Very close to Frankfurt's Main Train Station.
