Staff very friendly and helpfull. The aircondition was shut off during the night, which was'nt a good idea.

Very outdated Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff seem to be only after tips, whithout doing anything for it.

Have stayed in this hotel twice this year now an excellent choice in a superb location , found hotel staff to be very friendly and pleasent , nothing seemed to much of a problem.

Excellent Hotel with nice people in the centre of Prague. A bit noisy because of road works going on in the square. Overall to be recommended.

Although the rooms are air conditioned there are no controls in the room. I would have liked the temperature a little cooler. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - felt very safe walking home late from the old town square area.

Very clean, nice room with jaccuzzi bath, lots of hot water, good shower. Excellent buffet breakfast, huge choice of hot & cold dishes. Wonderful Thai massage centre for restoring aching feet at the end of long days sight-seeing. Hotel in perfect location within minutes walk of Old Town Square. Highly recommended.

The only downside was the Thai Massage Centre which was overpriced for the level of treatment and expertise offered.

The Hotel was very comfortable but I would expect this from a 5 star venue. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very helpful but the staff in the lobby bar area were very disappointing in their manner and friendliness. Also the prices are grossly over stated in the bar area with a beer costing 5 times the price of a similar beer literally around the corner. All in all value for money was not good!

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, but it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea bags. Only down side was there were no leisure facilities.

I would highly recommend this hotel, I just knew from when I stepped inside the lobby I had chosen well. It's an absolutely lovely hotel and an ideally situated to view all the wonderful sights this city has to offer. Catherine Cruise.

Lovely hotel, clean, quiet, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were supurb. An excellent location on Wencleslaus Square and very close to the Old Town

The Ambassador Zlata Husa is set right by the Mustek metro stop on Wencleslas Square, and is therefore ideally suited for those wishing to view the city. We found it very easy to walk to the old town, jewish quarter and the trams stopping 100 yards up the road gave easy access to the castle and petrin park. The breakfast room was a little crowded, but the staff were very friendly and eager to help, and they were clearing tables as soon as the knives and forks hit the plate. An excellent hotel that I would recommend to all, especially if you like the idea of a marble bathroom with hydro massage whirlpool bath.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Service could not have been better. We will deffinately go back to Prague and this hotel if it is available.

The hotel was ideally situated for seeing the city and the rooms were really spacious and luxurious for the price we paid.
