The hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is one of the most traditional Viennese hotels. I really enjoyed my stay in the Kairerin Elisabeth. It was very clean, great service, and could not believe how central it was to all the shops and culture. It was also very convienent from the airport and very easy to find. While the lounge are is very large, it was very quiet, maby a tv or music might help. I would also like to see a evening meal offered.

Optimally located, the hotel is merely two blocks away from the Stephansplatz (also metro stop), right in the heart of the city. Staff are friendly and helpful and rooms are clean with no frills. The hotel is small and has no extra features (for business travelers), but very adequate for leisure travel. A fairly good and varied breakfast is served (7-11 am). Hotel is recommended. Paid EUR 110 and found it reasonable, but not an amazing deal. No complaints though.
Good hotel, right in the centre of the city, easy walking distance to all city centre venues. Helpful reception staff. Waitresses at breakfast could smile a little more!
The location - about 30 seconds from Stephansplatz and the two best shopping streets (Graben and Karntnerstrasse) - could not be bettered. Service was excellent; they were even able to get us tickets at short notice for the Vienna Boys' Choir. Excellent.
Excellent 4 star hotel. Perfect location adjacent to St. Stephans church and the pedestrian walking area of the old city. Short walk to all major old city areas. Parking is expensive. Rooms are large by European standards and very nice. Staff is excellent. The breakfast is also very good.

A very pleasant hotel with well appointed and decorated rooms. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. The hotel is located in an old Viennese building and has the necessary modern hotel facilities while still retaining the charm of the old building. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the location could not be beaten. A one minute walk to the main shopping street and 2 minutes to the Stephandom. I would stay there again.
Hotel room was very warm Hotel rooms had two sets of doors into each guest room - kept awake from 5am by continuous banging of doors as people left their rooms. However facilities in each room were very good. - excellent showers.
This hotel was great! This was my first trip to Vienna and I was traveling alone - the staff did everything they could to make my visit comfortable and interesting!
A charming hotel with charming staff. Wonderfully situated for all the sites. The staff recommended eating establishments to us and they were all superb. Real Austrian charm in a very comfortable hotel.
The staff were wonderful! The hotel is located right near the popular pedestrian street, very close to Stephansdom and most of the main sights in Vienna, and very close to a subway stop.
