The Schlosshotel Monrepos is situated in the extensive parkland, directly on the charming Monrepos lake. Built between 1760 and 1803 in a barpque style from Duke Carl Eugen and Friedrich I, the castle is only a 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. Unfortunately there are no hotelrooms available in the castle. The splendour and brilliance of times gone by can be enjoyed today at various celebrations and gala dinners. |
