From Milan: Leave the highway in Bologna Borgo Panigale ; keep going on the by-pass road, direction S. Lazzaro di Savena, leave it at exit number 12, keep going on the S.S. My second visit to this hotel. It's certainly not 4*. It's 2*-3*. Very 60's. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear every word spoken in the next room. There is a strip club under the hotel that comes to life about 10PM. Poster for it in reception. The pool is green not blue. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The staff are helpful. The lift has names engraved by people by in the metal. Saturday night there is normally a loud disco and can be heard on 4th floor. The only english channel, CNN, has a fuzzy picture...both visits I asked to be repaired but was not. The hotel is quite cheap...about 25 mins from Bologna Feira. U need Sat Nav! The post code on the Sat Nav does not take you to the hotel...but a bridge....keeping going another 2 -3 mins away from Bologna to find it...U can't miss it on the main road on left (heading out of town)
- Very very poor 4 stars hotel. This hotel should be classified at least as a 3 stars, but never as 4 stars. - Kind staff. - Rooms are not sound proof. We can clearly hear all conversations, TV, shower, etc from our neighbours.
A rather basic hotel with the railway line running a few yards from the bedroom window! Adequate for the price.

The hotel staff and Italian people in general are wonderful. The hotel had a nice charm and staff were very kind and friendly. Meals were lovely. The hotel rooms were basic but very comfortable which is just what one needs. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Well priced. Indeed, a bargain. location is not as convenient as one would have liked but the price made it worthwhile if one has a car.
Few miles from center. Quiet place.
