Friendly staff but the noise from the main road is a bit unbearable.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, the room was clean and adequate for my needs with an opening window to the bedroom and bathroom. Good value for a stopover and the pool and spa are heated to 29 degrees and privately set near the neat little barbeque area. Easy to find the location on the main road into town. Not able to use wireless connection due to low strength. Leafs inside the pool. Staffs hospitable. Parking good.

Overall hotel facilities are good for the price paid. The only annoyance was that the carspace was not allocated to guest's so the car was not parked outside your room.

Good for the price and good location for what we wanted

Lovely little motel very basic but clean and tidy and quite considering it was beside the busy Pacific Highway. The gentleman owner was also very obliging in trying to get a room prepared for me earlier than normal so I didn't have to wait to get in. Allocated parking and being able to park a few feet from our room was a bonus too.

For $69 a night for both myself and husband, this was a great hotel. Not your most modern by any means, but clean and fresh and very friendly staff. The price also included breakfast, which was bacon, eggs and toast etc delicious...you don't get value like that very often nowadays!

The room was noisy, every time some one used the toilet in the complex we could hear the water running in the pipes all night, the fridge in the room was also noisy. it was also small as was the bathroom. Saturday night there was a lot of guests that were milling around drinking and smoking outside the rooms and when they retired you could hear what was happening in the rooms, it was also very loud. We left early on the Tuesday morning so did not let the Management know about our concerns. Thank you

The only good thing was that for an extra $5 per room per night we received a $10 breakfast each. On the down side when checking in at reception the smell was very musty, thankfully the room smelt better. The motel was right on the Hwy coming into Coffs and was noisy as all hell. We were kept awake all night with the sound of trucks accelerating up the slight hill. There was mould in the bathroom and in the shower recess. The room was tiny and the air conditioner was loud. The mattress on the bed was the cheapest they could find and my wife had to sleep 3 nights with a spring sticking up into her back. On making this booking online I was of the opinion that the rooms had recently been re-furbished. Next time I think we will pay that little bit extra for better quality accommodation.
