"The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They offered no information on how to get around Rome, and completely ignored us when we stood at the front desk to get directions or ask a question.
I will definitely not stay here again.
They are also a way out from the city. We had to take a bus just to get to the major areas.

"Dining room was not available to individual guests as it was being used by large groups. This meant if I wanted to dine in the hotel I had to eat outside in the garden area that offered a menu.
Eating outside in the hotel garden in chilly evenings meant we had to wear overcoats. Service was slow there too as the kitchen was giving priority to the large groups. I challenged managment about their "lets exclude" individual guests from indoor dining and they just smiled and shrugged.
The hotel has no complaints proceedure - when I asked for a complaint form they gave me a blank sheet from the photocopier and a white envelope!
In addition there was no attempt made by the hotel to control the behaviour of unruly people and their children in the public areas.

"We enjoyed staying here. The only downside was that it was slightly too farfrom the centre of Rome, However we considerthe hotel good value for the money. The staff were very helpful" - george agnew
