Toscana Hotel Florence

I got what I paid for. Nice clean room and bath room. Friendly staff, who were english speaking during the day, but I found the evening/night time staff did not speak much english (which is not a problem). The buffet breakfast was ok, but nothing fancy. However better than some other budget hotels in Italy. Location is good and central close to the train station, the road is fairly quiet although there is a pub down stairs.

Good for quick stopover, shame there system was down and couldnt use the internet. Breakfast ok. Would go back!

Nice and cheap little hotel next to the Duomo. Perfect location. Friendly staff. I recommand it!

I have booked a double room, the price was very good, the room was very small and the bathroom also very small, the breakfast was included in the price and was average buffet. The area is very central to all the touristic places. For the price and quality balance I would say it was a good choice.

Looks a bit shabby from the outside but inside the service, facitlites and staff were very good. Basic, clean and good value for money. Has free internet for customers which was a bonus!

Nice small hotel, friendly staff speak English, very good (and not Italian ;-) breakfast, no car parking (garage 24EUR/day)

Very neat budget hotel.

Great little hotel, very well located in the centre of Florence. Very good breakfast and extremely helpful receptionist! to be recommended for budget travellers and young families.

My only issue with this place was the bathroom. The door was more like a curtain and the space inside was so limited that you hit your knees on the wall when you sat down on the toilet. There was a bidet crammed into the space too and the sink was almost directly above it. The shower was broken and the water pressure was limited. Everything else was great though - breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean.

Room for four people was nice size (the first one they gave us was small but we were changed to a different room). The location was good....near the train station and within walking distance of sights. The breakfast was okay.....better than some we had in Italy.

The location is superb and the pricing is great for the room with breakfast served.

This is an exceptional hotel. A great, central location with very polite and welcoming staff. Rooms are large for Europe and very clean. Breakfast is varied and worth the value. Well worth the stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent service provided by staff (especially by Italian standards!!). Good location and good value for price paid. Room very small but was anticipated given price paid. Would recommend to others who like me don't need a big room.

the employees were the most friendly and helpful we encountered. They were remodeling the entrance so it was some what of a problem at times.
