"This hotel is extremely handy for the railway station. We only made an overnight stop and found our room and small bathroom fine. The place is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the usual continental style and for the money we thought the hotel very reasonable." - susan foote
"Staff really helpful and friendly. They recommended a super restaurant 2 mins away which we would never have found.
Hotel about 25 mins walk to leaning tower but good shops and bars to stop off on the way." - Anonymous
"The hotel is very close to the railway station which is practical if you want to do day trips to other cities by train.
I didn't find the area dangerous, I never felt threatened although I was traveling alone. It is not a super nice area, but it is not a long walk (5 minutes) to the main shopping street and about 25 minutes by foot to the Tower.
They did refill the breakfast buffet, but not very enthousiastically. The breakfast in general was quite basic.
I got a discount price for this hotel through a web site, so I am happy with the price and quality. Of course, nicer hotels can be found and maybe I wouldn't recommend this if you plan a long stay and want to spend a lot of time in the hotel it self." - Anonymous
"The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, and had a great command of english. The room was very clean and tidy, and the mini bar well stocked. Very close to the train station, and about 15 minutes walk from the Leaning tower. Would recommend this hotel to a friend." - Valerie Walsh
