"Reception staff very nice and helpful, however restaurant staff were completely absent, literally no one to be seen for several minutes at a time each time we ate there. So very slow service in the restaurant and one of the waiters on the first night was very rude and abrupt with us. However the hotel room was spacious and well appointed. Pity that it had the hardest bed we had slept in in ages. Great location, handy to everything, you don't need a car or taxi to get around and and easy walk to the railway station." - Anonymous

"Very handy location. They don't have their own car park and the one they mention was really difficult to find for us. The room was very big and clean, however the shower head was broken and they didn't have fridge in the room. We stayed there only one night, so it was ok." - Anonymous
