Tourotel Mariahilf Vienna

This hotel was centrally positioned on Mariahilf Str, offered parking at 13E per 24 hrs and had very pleasant desk staff with excellent English. Would definitely stay here again.

We tried the "Vienna calling package" and it was great ! Viena card, big bathroom, perfect breakfast, nice service - all for good price ! The hotel is situated on a halfway between Schonnbrun and Old Vienna on a famous shopping street, there is a tram stop (52, 58) right in front of the hotel.

The room was large and new condition, the bath room was also large, the location is also good, it is value for money. Cs. Gusztáv / Hungary

Reception staff were very helpful, offered good advice and directions, made enquiries about availability of restaurants for us. It was much appreciated.

Very effective and friendly reception service, hotel rooms are spacious, location near Westbahnhof (one of the main central railway stations) and the metro as well as major retail facilities nearby (across several food shops), also in railway station even late functioning. In view of large rooms TV sets could be larger.

I stayed one week in a single room. Arrival was very easy and the receptionist very helpful. The room was clean with a single bed, nice bathroom and a view overlooking the courtyard. If you are looking for quiet, the courtyard rooms should be quieter than the ones facing the street. The breakfast buffet included the usual eggs/bacon/sausages....selection of fruits, breads, cereals, cheeses and beverages. Quite a good selection. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway system, and then only a few stops to get to the center of Vienna. All in all, a good hotel at reasonable prices.

Bathrooms were excellent, staff helpful. Good access to the underground.

Very convenient for Westbahnhof station (5 mins walk) An old hotel but well refurbished. Good buffet breakfast.

Hotel was extremely clean and modern. Room was recently refurbished and in excellent condition. Staff were helpful and friendly. Surrounding area was not it's best feature, a little run down and away from most Tourist places but it's close proximity to the excellent Vienna Metro system was ideal for my needs and allowed me to travel anywhere in the city cheaply and safely in minutes. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Vienna and would recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel, not far from bus station, internet available, cnn, safe free, wake up service, all thumbs up !

The building itself is very beautiful, the rooms spacious and lovely. Especially the bathroom was big, with a nice tub. The personnel was helpful and kind. There is a very nice reastaurant, as well. The food was marvellous and the atmosphere cosy. Just one drawback: the lock system of the doors was absolutely impossible, never seen anything as complicated.

The hotel was as described. The room was very small with one desk chair and no place to put things. The shuttle to the airport was more expensive than a taxi. The garden restaurant was delightful, but it took 15 minutes to find someone to wait on us.

Very well located on the trendy Mariahilfe Street, close to the railway staion , within walking distance of Museums Quartier and many other tourist attractions. The room was very clean and the service was excellent.I would recomend this hotel to all my friends.Thank you.
