For your comfort all of our bedrooms have direct dial telephone with voice mail messaging, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryer. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the public areas. Whether you are visiting Tower Hotel for business or pleasure our reception team will be happy to assist you to ensure your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Getting there:
The City of Derry Airport is 7 miles from the hotel; It is serviced by direct flights from: Dublin, London Stansted, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow International, Glasgow Prestwick, Alicante, Malaga, East Midlands & Liverpool. There is a taxi rank at the airport and transfer to the hotel costs £10. Travelling from Belfast and Coleraine from A6 - Follow signs for City Centre, and Craigavon Bridge. At junction for Craigavon Bridge ,turn right, signposted city centre. At end of the bridge take 2nd exit at roundabout onto Carlisle Road. Go through the arch onto Ferry Quay Street and proceed to the Diamond.At Diamond, take 2nd exit, straight through onto Butcher Street. The Tower Hotel Derry is located on the right hand side. The hotel carpark is located on Magazine Street just past the hotel on the right hand side.

It was a great location, nice sized room and fantastic location. Good breakfast. One particular bar staff member, was very cocky, unfriendly and actually quite rude. The rest of the staff were ok but not exactly memorable for their friendly nature.

We stayed here for 1 night and we had 2 rooms both had a double and a single bed in. Both rooms were large and very clean. The staff were very helpful, when rang reception to ask for an extra pillow and they brought it straight up, and when we asked for a little more milk for morning coffee in our room they gave us a jug full. We also used the hotel car park which is handy but quite small. The only downside is that as it is a city centre hotel we did hear the occasional drunken singer on they're way home but like I say it is city centre hotel. We would use it again.

Only a overnight stay but staff very friendly, room large, could have done with better lighting though, seemed to be dull.

The hotel itself ok and the staff/service is very good but the furniture in the breakfast room is dirty and shabby. The underground carpark can only be accessed via a one way street and you have to drive down the wrong way to enter. I would give the Hotel 7 out of 10 because although it rated as four star I would only rate it as three star

The hotel is in a good central location. The staff were very helpful and there is plenty to do in the locality. Would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms with good facilities.
