"Great locale, parking great(Saturday), good breakfast. The staff were friendly. The room was adequate bed clean, the net curtains were dirty. Unfortunately I left a good pair of straighters behind, and to date they have'nt been found, despite the room,19, not having been relet. To date I have not been able to speak to the manager? " - MAY FALLON
"Simple hotel in a nice enough location, bathroom with shower included and some breakfast also part of the fee. For the price it was good value." - Anonymous
"The hotel is within walking distance of the university student accommodation, great for visiting my daughter.
The staff were friendly and helpfull, particularly the breakfast staff who went out of their way to please. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Glasgow." - Anonymous
"I would highly recommend the Townhouse Hotel Glasgow. It's in a very convenient location, the room we had was huge, the staff were friendly. One or two minor complaints like not having a remote control for the TV or bags of dirty laundry left lying in the corridors for collection - but that's probably not every day. Very comfy bed and great breakfast at a price that doesn't break the bank. We would certainly recommend the Townhouse over and above certain larger hotels we've stayed in in Glasgow recently." - Margaret Ingram

Welcome to the Townhouse Hotel – your ideal accommodation for great value hotel breaks in the west end of Glasgow. Just bound to make you feel at home.
To experience the calm of the countryside in the middle of a city, you will find the Townhouse to be an "Interestingly Different " Experience. An elegantly-restored Victorian townhouse, in one of the city's most picturesque Georgian Style crescents set back off famous Sauchiehall Street , in the heart of Glasgow's West End, which was traditionally the more affluent side of the city. Where you will find graceful sweeping streets, elegant Victorian architecture and pretty parks.
We are situated close to the SECC and Glasgow University - and also amongst some of Glasgow's very best tourist attractions, including the Royal Concert Hall, the Hunterian Gallery and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery - and the Kelvin Hall International Sports Arena.
And with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants offering a wonderful range of international as well as Scottish cuisine, the West End is a great place to head for if you want to sample Glasgow's night life.
