60 minutes by taxi from JR Isahaya Station. 80 minutes on bus from JR Isahaya Station bound for Unzen, get off at Shinyu Busuness Center and 2 minutes walk.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. The facility will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals before 10:00 hrs. Please be aware that a passport will be necessary for foreign travelers.
