We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We had such a short time to stay that they made sure we were very well taken care of. I had worked with the tour desk via Email before our visit, so when we got there we already had all of our activities planned. There was a wonderful lady named "Jenny" at the tour desk that made sure that our visit was exceptional!
