Hotel description:    The hotel has got 52 doublerooms, 10 singlerooms, 3 juniorsuites and 6 furnished apartments. Enjoy the restaurants: the “Silberbaum” with international cooking and the “Kartoffelkeller” with regional dishes around potatoes. Many activities, changing monthly, enrich the extensive offer of dishes. The house was built in 1501 and ranked at that time to one of the oldest buildings in town. In 1996 it were opened completely renovated, but the peculiar charm leftover from 5 centuries is remained. The hotel is situated directly at the market place. The sights of town are near by the hotel, so you can visit the “Erzgebirgsmuseum“ with the visitor-mine “Im Gößner” or the famous church St. Annen or visit in December the Christmas Fair in front of the hotel. Bus parking possible.

Getting there: The hotel is located in the south of Saxony. From West direction you drive the A4 an off at the exit Hohenstein-Ernstthal, passing Stollberg and Zwönitz; or coming from east using the exit Chemnitz south on the B95 direction Annaberg-Buchholz. From the A72 take the exit Stollberg West and drive over Zwönitz, Elterlein and Scheibenberg direction Annaberg-Buchholz. You´ll find the hotel in the city centre directly at the market place.
