The Trafford Hall Hotel is an imposing Victorian building which was originally the Trafford Public Hall. It has been a hotel since the early 1980’s and offers a high standard of accommodation and service. Getting there:From the South: Leave the M6 at Junction 19, pick up the A556 signposted to Manchester. After a few miles, at the first big roundabout, take the M56 signposted to Manchester. GO as far as the M60 (two or three miles beyond Manchester Airport Junction) and take the M60 in a clockwise direction following signs towards Liverpool. Leave the M60 at Junction 7 signposted to Stretford. On leaving Junction 7 follow the A56 signposted to Manchester. After approximately 1.5 miles look out for signs to Old Trafford Cricket Ground and bear right at these traffic lights. This is Talbot Road. After 1 mile, the hotel is to be seen on the right hand side. From the North: From the M6 follow the M61 towards Manchester as far as the M60 (Manchester Ring Motorway). Take the M60 in an anti clockwise direction following signs towards Manchester Airport and Stockport. Continue round Junction 7 and exit the motorway here (Signposted to Stretford). Follow the directions as per above.

A very neat and good hotel. Quiet location with Old Trafford not to far away, along with a tram stop around the corner. Included full breakfast was excellent.
Problems with en-suite electrics in Room 2 - lights kept going on and off - but reported this to reception - apart from that excellent stay - breakfast very good
the staff were very polite especially the young boy who served us breakfast - he had a very cute smile and was asking about our experience at the rem concert we were off to.... enjoyed out stay...
This is a very good hotel, ideally situated and comfortable. The room amenities are excellent and the breakfast which is included in the price is super. There is tea/coffe making facilites in the room and you get bathroom amenities as well. Yes, I would recommend this hotel
Pity the bar closes so early.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, but the bathroom in the corners by the bathtub had a black build up. The shower water temperature could not be adjusted most days it was scalding hot or running at a dribble. I had a good shower 2 days out of 7. There is no outside phone service in the rooms. To make an outside call you had to use a phone by the bar. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The resteurant food was very good with large servings. The bar had a great variety of drinks.

Location is next to tramline stop and about 10 minutes walk to Old Trafford football ground. Ideal hotel for Manchester United home match. Has a bar and limited restaurant facilities.
The best part about this hotel was that our room had a full sized bath which was a welcoming sight after a day of travelling. The room was quite spacious. Only about 15 minute tram ride from the heart of Manchester which was good. The staff were very helpful and were able to direct me to the laundromat which is just around the corner. The finishings in the bathroom were the only thing that were a bit dodgy. I would definitely stay here again though.

Nice hotel in perfect distance from Old Trafford (Manchester United) and close to Metrolink. Could do with some renovatio of our room - the bathroom did not invite to "long stay". Staff nice and friendly.
The hotel was ideally located for our trip to watch man utd play as it was a 10min walk to the stadium. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in providing information regarding Manchester and in arranging transportation for our departure. The room was of a good standard and the full english breakfast was much enjoyed. Couple
