"When we arrived the room was really quite disgusting, the whole room smelt of dirty toilets, and the room in general was really quite horrible, it needed a good scrub. After complaining after the first night we were moved into a nicer and cleaner room, and the remainder of our stay was pleasant.

"15 minutes walk to ko-san is very handy. pool is fantasitc. staff can be a little cold and not so willing to help or be especaily welcoming. rates for food, beer, soft drinks inside to complex are three times more expensive than out on the street so i'd suggest to eat out and buy supplies from outside sources. gret place to relax by the pool through. enjoy, " - Matthew Dwan
