There are no restaurants in this hotel and the room which we checked into has mouldy smell. But the hotel has free internet service at their at the lobby area and a shuttle that brings you to town. Also, the hotel staff are very understanding and helpful....we requested to cancel our booking and checked out on the same day of arrival.
The hotel with wide view of the ocean. Shuttle bus service was always useful. Easy access to the conference center located south of the island.
The hotel is situated on the hills, surrounded by woods and from many rooms you enjoy a lovely view of the sea. The problem is that it's very far from both Segwipo and Jungmun so you would expect the shuttle service (which takes you only to Jungmun) to be more frequent and not to stop at 20.45 at night. The staff speaks poor English, and this may cause misunderstandings. The price is too high for the rooms and service it offers and it doesn't even include breakfast.
We had an excellent time in as pristine a place as you might find anywhere in South Korea--a short and scenic drive from the airport--this hotel offered free pickup, although we rented a car (also reasonable). The gardins were beautiful and the rooms well appointed and very clean. We had a gorgeous oceaqn view. Be sure to ask about the facilities--we didn't know about the sauna until the last day.
Nice place to stay, but you will need a car. Stunning views, friendly staff. Rooms are clean and pleasant, hotel is clean and airy. Only downfall is no restaurant, so you will have to travel out for evening meals. Don't know if breakfast was worth the 13,000 won per person, but then again, I don't enjoy the typical Korean or Japanese breakfast. On the whole, really nice place to stay for a weekend.
