This hotel provided excellent value for money. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel and its location is good but make sure to call before you get there. We booked an extra bed but the hotel didn't have any. Though the service was good, they upgraded us to another room with bigger beds.

a good value hotel to choose for your trip . the hotel room is pretty spacious and clean . 2 twin beds were queen size beds which is great . the room was packed with microwave , coffee facility and fridge . however , they don't have breakfast . location is quite far from downtown , walkable in an hour . they do have shuttle service but it stops so early at 5 pm. in all , it is a very good value hotel .

We were very pleased with our stay! The staff were very friendly, the room was great (fridge & microwave are a definite bonus)! You will not find any better accommodation for the price!!! (If you can even find another room for that price in Victoria!!) Will definitely stay there again!

Needs some maintenance, like the bathroom fan does not work, etc. Hair in the bathroom was the cleanliness issue...

Good service and very helpfull But there were some mouses. When I reported they were very hulpfull to give us another room...

We were very pleased with the location and the staff. The room was the quietest that we have stayed in for a long time. We were amazed at no traffic noise etc. Not the it was important to us but the TV didn't work or the jacuzzi tub. I'm sure that it was taken care of because the staff seemed concerned etc. We'd stay there again.

Small room on the lower floor next to the parking lot. Our window overlooked the bumpers of parked cars. The room was clean but old and in need of up grading. The water went cold after just 1 minute in the shower. It made me conserve water!

Key cards kept failing, forcing us to wait in line to get them reset. Air conditioner on full blast barely kept the room at an acceptable, but not cool, level. The water temperatures would drastically vary without warning. The facilities were not on site. If I hadn't received a good rate I would have been extremely unsatisfied with my experience.

A comfortable sleep was what I wanted and what I got. Great for a short stay.

This place was ok but was a LONG walk from the downtown Victoria, despite what the name might elude. Staff were not very helpful on check in and we seemed to be a hassle to them rather than a customer. Plus we left a watch behind and they weren't interested in helping. Instead told us to organise a courier to pick it up and take it where we were newly staying. Notlike any other hotel where we've accidentally left anything behind. Clean, tidy & cheap though with free internet, which was good.
