Nice, clean, friendly staff, good location and reasonably priced...
The condition of the hotel is suffering from overuse. The rooms are very small compared to other similar priced hotels in Belfast. The shower in the bathroom did not work and the inclusion of a bath in such a small space is a waste of time. There are no low cost parking deals with local car parks if you need to drive to this destination - this is provided at other hotels in the area.
No-frills hotel but good location.
Great location ...desk staff very helpful. Bring back left-luggage facility !
Great locatio and reasonable price. [your website] offered a higher rate than what i was given at the hotel!
Staff VERY busy but remained very helpful and friendly. A good central location - would use again.
location is superb .for night life bus station rail link one block away would use hotel again
only thing i would say bad about this hotel is that the only parking available was on the street and you could only park for 2hours at pay and display and couldnt come back for a least an hour, which is quite bad for a hotel
Overall the location and the price were the only good thing about this hotel. It was cold in the room and I had to wear my clothes at night as I was shivering. The information sheet said to ring 0 on the phone for reception but we could not find a phone in the room! The room was clean and tidy and although it was cheap there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom and I had to go to the local spar to buy some. It might be only €50 each for the night but I would still expect a little bit of shampoo. Would not recommend this hotel.
A bit more expensive at short notice as via 'late rooms' incurs a £3.00 booking charge. Breakfast not included £6.50 each or £5.00 each for contintal only OK and not great value at the price, better available within a couple of hundred yards. GREAT LOCATION very city centre, theatre restraunts bars pubs and clubs within spitting distance, got lucky with on street parking at door, FREE 6:00pm to 8:00 AM, then one hour pay and display (blue badge holders free all the time (No 3 hour limit) Disabled room facilities shower etc good.
Location is great! I would come back to this hotel if I visited again the city.
Perfect location. No shower gel or shampoo, take your own.
the hotel does not have complimentary shampoo, shower gel etc, which you get in other hotels, thi=ought it would be better if these were supplied.
