Travelodge Garden City Brisbane Hotel

Very convenient location near Garden City shopping centre and close to SE Busway for quick bus travel into the CBD.

Good location ,uncomfortable bed and fair price.

Great place to stay. Public transport was fantastic into the CBD. We had a great time.

A good distance out of the city but priced well for its location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite and clean room. Has a breakfast buffet, but no other meals available on-site. Some local restaurants will deliver to hotel.

A nice hotel away from the bussle of the city yet close to the major highway niorth and south and near great shops and eateries. The staff are friendly and will take care of you.

Good Value and clean

This hotel was chosen for it's proximity to State Athletic Field.Was great as long as you had access to a car.

Great hotel. Very basic, but good, clean hotel. No pool. Overall though, it was good for what we wanted and we would definitely stay there again.

A very clean, neat hotel, as Travelodges tend to be. The facilties were adequate. It still amuses me that hotels cannot provide enough tea or coffee for guests. This is not what I would call an hospitable act for an industry trying to encourage people to stay. My wife and I have travalled extensively O/S and had noticed some time ago this trend in O/S hotels and had always said that at least in Australia we can provide the basics without having the guest having to ask for them. Unfortunately this lack of thought for guests has now reached these shores. The hotel itself is well located to transport and amenities in Mount Gravatt. Unlike other guests comments though we could not vouch for the wealth of food places but found only a paucity of fast food outlets, certainly nothing that we would charactise as a restaurant. That said the hotel is clean, quiet, well appointed with well meaning staff who are anxious to help.

Clean, quiet, good rooms. Buffet breakfast pretty ordinary. Internet rates from in room steep! Rate was good though!

Missed the lack of mini bar and room service, especially for breakfast but otherwise if was fine.

Great place to be. Beds very comfortable. Cooking facilities really helpful. Close to supermarket and other shops.

Hotel had all that we required, easy to find and good services around the area.

The rooms were not vaccumed daily. Bathrooms floors are not cealed well. However overall the stay was ok.

This hotel is in an excellent location for me and provides excellent value. My only complaint is that some of the overseas visitors are very noisy in the corridors and have little consideration for the necessity for others to sleep! This needs to be addressed!

On the days we were there, (July, 9-12)there was a male reception person, who we thought was great...very helpful. We would book our next trip to brisbane in this hotel, just because of him!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, good location (easy access to motorways).

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The bus to the city was only about 15 mins on the express busway. There were good restaurants within walking distance. We had a 17 month old with us and the hotel was perfect for us with the microwave in the room and the Westfield shopping centre on the doorstop. We would stop here again.
