Travelodge Limerick Ennis Road Hotel

Room was nice and modern. A bit expensive for a hotel where everything is user-pay. Convenient if you have a car.

A very modern, clean well run hotel with excellent facilities. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a bad hotel though on the night we stayed there was a drunken party on the level below that the staff did very little about.

We had to cancel our reservation for the 2nd day (we gave 24 hours notice). This was because the Internet provider Wi-fi was not compatible with my husband's laptop and it was very complicated to top up credit etc. To explain, in other hotels its just a matter of a telephone connection to the Internet. Also, we were informed that only continental breakfast was available mid-week. This is quite unusual in an Irish hotel located just miles from Shannon airport ! All of the above very unfortunate, as my husband has worked extensively in the U.K. and we have stayed in numerous Travelodges between London and the North of England - all of which were excellent and provided all necessary facilities - being the reason we booked Travelodge in Limerick.
