Getting there:Exit the airport and turn right onto General Holmes Drive. Turn left onto Southern Cross Drive, which will becomes the Eastern Distributor, which you'll need to take. There is a toll fee payable. Exiting the distributor, follow the signs to the Harbour Tunnel. Exiting the tunnel you will need to follow the Warringah Freeway to the Epping Road turn-off. Take Epping Road to Herring Road where you turn right and finally turn left onto Talavera Road.

Car parking:Off-street car parking is available $7.50 per Car per Night. Please see hotel reception before parking.

Nice Hotel. Quiet area. Close to Macquarie Shopping Centre & public transport. Handy to the M2 Motorway for driving to the city. Rooms are very nice & clean. Great having a kitchenette with microwave.
Great hotel, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Will recommend and come back again.
Was the most competitive price in the area. Was suitable for an overnight business stay. Staff were freindly. Buffet breakfast was basic.
The only comment I would make is about the beds - beds very old and very uncomfortable. Two nights was enough. Would stay again if a better bed was guarranteed.

With the new train line close enough to walk to (600m) and far enough away (and underground) to not hear, this location is great. Just near the M2 entry/exit also, so great if you want to pay the tolls. Had a kitchenette, so didn't bother with their breakfasts and Macquarie shopping centre is only 500m away, so easy to buy food or just eat out there.
Very good hotel in every way. Lokation is good only if traveling by car.

Stayed for 3 nights and found the staff courteous and friendly. Looks like everything is an added "extra" charge including car parking! Overall, its fine for short stays though need a car to travel there.

travelodge macquaire needs its own car park. i was unhappy that i had to pay for parking on top of my room charge.
A shuttle to and from the air port takes time a fee would be OK. Getting from the airport to the Travelodge was a bit complicated.
This hotel was just down the road from my customer, so the location and price was great. It was fairly quiet (apart from the garbage collector early on Friday morning). Lachlan's, the restaurant next door in the MGSM grounds, was quite good and inexpensive.
Two lights were not working. I left a note regarding this for housekeeping and they were repaired. Breakfast offered a good selection of food.
Easy to get to, off the M2 motorway, part of Macquarie University, close to a major shopping centre, easy parking and quiet. Good breakfast.
