"The rooms were very hot, I called the front desk and someone was suppose to fix it... no one did!!!
Also we booked in for 5 people in our room and there were only 2 towels available..?? Parking was another problem. They only had a certain amount of secured parking and the last night i drove in there were no more parking spaces. Wouldnt u only allow a certain # of cars to have access to it..? and then advise the secure parking is full? Not sure i would pay that amount of money again.. and i know i got it quite cheap." - Anonymous
"Nice hotel with friendly staff. The bed was too firm for our liking however and we only got one towel each with one flannel between us. Also there was no hot chocolate or milo provided, only tea or coffee. But we had a nice relaxing stay nevertheless." - Anonymous
