Great service, staff were very friendly and helpful, room service was excellant and food was delicious (although portions a little on the small side) but overall very happy.
This was the second time I have stayed at the Travelodge in the last couple of months - Fast service and good pricing - food was magnificient and the room was great :) - The staff were well mannered and helpful too. Thank you Travelodge Rockhampton

We stayed for six nights. The dining room which provided good food at reasonable prices did not open on Sunday nights which was slightly inconvenient and breakfast was only available in the dining room. The rooms were quiet with good lighting and comfortable bed. The photocopied city map provided by the front desk was hard to read.
We really enjoyed our stay at Travelodge Rockhampton. The views were lovely. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was close to everything and the price was definitely very reasonable and the food was delicious. I highly receommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accomodation in Rocky.

The top level level 8 has extreme air con noise from roof mounted condensors A good nights sleep is not assured if you are allocated level 8 On complaining we were re assigned to Level 6 and a good night's sleeo followed Management must know of the problem This hotel has been refurbed recently
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for several days as we were impressed with its very good location. We have travelled a great deal both in Australia and internationally and we have generally had very good experiences with accommodation. However, this was an exception and we would not stay at this hotel again nor would we recommend it to anyone. Our room was uncomfortably small and noisy (located next to the laundry that operated until 2.00am). Our request to move was met with a shrug. The buffet breakfasts were almost inedible - overcooked and dry with poached eggs described by the waitress as hockey pucks. On three occasions our paid breakfast bookings were questioned by the staff with no apology when our bookings were confirmed. I could go on. Overall, a very disappointing experience which we would not wish to repeat.
Would definitely stay again.

The Travelodge needs to activate the airconditioner in the room prior to the arrival of guests.
