A good nights sleep is not assured if you are allocated level 8
On complaining we were re assigned to Level 6 and a good night's sleeo followed Management must know of the problem

"My wife and I stayed in this hotel for several days as we were impressed with its very good location. We have travelled a great deal both in Australia and internationally and we have generally had very good experiences with accommodation. However, this was an exception and we would not stay at this hotel again nor would we recommend it to anyone. Our room was uncomfortably small and noisy (located next to the laundry that operated until 2.00am). Our request to move was met with a shrug. The buffet breakfasts were almost inedible - overcooked and dry with poached eggs described by the waitress as hockey pucks. On three occasions our paid breakfast bookings were questioned by the staff with no apology when our bookings were confirmed. I could go on. Overall, a very disappointing experience which we would not wish to repeat. " - Anonymous
