"The room we occupied was quite tatty looking with lots of areas on the doors etc where paint had chipped off. We were very peeved when the hot water ran out after only 1 shower and also after arranging a late check-out, we were telephoned by the front desk to ask us why we had not checked out at the earlier time. Unfortunately this call woke us up so we were none too pleased!! All in all it was not our best experience and we would definately not choose to stay there again." - Mike Lerm
"Duvet covers gave it a modern look. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Sofa was not good but okay. The toilet area and aome parts were a little old but still, I would stay there again. Very central and quiet. The staff was plesant and willing to help. Nice decor at reception. could improve on better art in the room we stayed in, (I am an artist so am aware such things make a difference). Need better signage as entrance was confusing. Overall, it met my needs and it was good enough what with the special rate we got it at. :)" - Amanda Tomasoa
