Getting there:Located in the heart of Brisbane City directly opposite Treasury Casino and within metres of Queen Street Shopping Mall. 30 minutes or 16kms from Brisbanes' Domestic and International Airports.
Check-in Procedure:A credit card pre-authorization of $100 (credit card) or cash surety of $150 (cash) per night is required upon check-in to cover the cost of incidentals. For Cash Surety, please allow an additional 15 minutes for check-out process.
Car parking:Under cover car parking is provided to Hotel Guests subject to availability at a cost of $20 per vehicle, per night. Access is via George Street under Queens Park and located between Hotel and Casino. Please collect a parking card on entry and present it to reception prior to exiting. Valet parking is also available at a cost of $35 per vehicle, per night.
Child Policy:Configuration in a Deluxe King, Parlour or Suite is 1 King Bed (max 3 people). Configuration of a Deluxe Twin room is 2 Double Beds (max 3 people). Additional Children stay free of charge if using EXISTING bedding, if a ROLLAWAY is required there is a charge of $45.00 per night.
staying here was an excellent choice! First of all the staff were amazing, so professional and very helpful. The room was immaculate, extremely clean and furnished beautifully. The hotel is set in the heart of the city so no transport is needed. Would love to stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights for mix business and leisure purpose. Small hotel in good convenient location. Room is spacious with basic facilities, however has no tooth brush nor slippers. Friendly receptionist.

Highly recommended if you're staying in Brisbane. Very central, beautiful heritage building with immaculately maintained period style rooms. Generously sized Deluxe King rooms with views out onto the square, huge marble bathroom, very comfortable bed and enviable minibar selection.
I am very content. For me the stay at this hotel was like a fulfilled dream. I expected that everything in such a famous hotel must be on a very high level, but my personal experience was beyond my dream. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

A very central hotel in the old heritage Qld Treasury Building. Rooms are a good size and contained everything needed. Staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. Only drawback was a convention being held in the Courtyard Marquee, had musical entertainment one night which means that if you want an early night, you'd better be very, very tired. Don't know the finishing time but it was in full swing when we left our room at 10.30 pm and went to the Casino.
Tastefully furnished large room with large bathroom. Inadequate lighting in bedroom for reading. Hotel reception friendly but lack basic local knowledge .
Very nice hotel and located close to the mall. Service was friendly and professional. The first room we were given was large and luxurious. However, we did not get much sleep as we could hear the music from the pub across the road way past 1am. When I told the front desk the next day, they moved us on request, which was appreciated but to a much smaller room. Would have been nice if they offered us something for the inconvenience on night one. They should look into sound proofing the rooms near the pub. Considering what you pay per night, you should be able to get a decent night sleep. Apart from that, it is a nice hotel if you get the right room.
Restaurant was exceptional. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Wonderful to have a separate shower and not have to run around to catch the droplets of water. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay but had a corner room which only has a small bathroom and only bath with a shower and the bath had high sides which made it hard to get into and out of and very little bench space compared to other rooms i have stayed in there.Would not stay in the corner room again but love the hotel other than that.

A five-star hotel experience at a great price! The only thing that detracted from our stay was having to make our way up from the rabbit warren of a carpark. If we stay again, valet parking will be taken advantage of!

The staff and service was excellent
For the price paid hotel was very dated. Service was good but we werent advised that the casino was shut when enquireing for dinner reservations in the casino itself.
This is a hotel with a lot of charm and character but does have a slight gloomy feel to it due to it's dark period decor.The rooms felt a little confined and were not really suitable for in room dining.The t.v.reception was poor as well.The bed however was extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly and efficient.The in room dining food was only average,slighty cold on arrival.
