The apartment was spotless, modern with a great kitchen and ensuite. We were really surprised at how nice the apartment was as we mainly booked it due to the location and price. They usually say that you get what you pay for, well, in this case, we got better!
We had a two bedroomapartment on the 8th floor (queen bed in 1 and 2 singles in the other). Both bedroons were huge, and beds comfortable. Large living area and balcony with beautiful views over the city. Kitchen had a microwave, gas oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Good sized bathroom. The cleaners could have done a bit better, but not a major problem. Good location, we could walk to the CBD in 10 to 15 minutes, and South Bank wasn't much further. Nice restaurant next door and a good pizza shop across the road.

Great hotel, within 15min walking distance to the Queen St Mall although quite hilly. Very close the Queensland Eye Hospital (less than 5 min walk), the close proximity to this hospital was the reason we stayed here. Reception staff member was always very helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt which was great bonus. Great views and quiet. Only problem we had was the microwave would not work. Otherwise a great place to stay.
I stay at these apartments as they have secure parking and a secure building a major plus. It is not too far from Central Station and there are wonderful cafes close by for breakky. The 2 bed apartment was clean and tidy with a balcony from main bed and one from the lounge room. I have stayed here before and I have recommended it to friends as well.
neat and well appointed had a slight musty smell but cleared when aired. otherwise a very good overnight stay.
Apartment was very nice: spacious, clean, with breath taking views. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who is not expecting 24 reception and/or room service. The only problem was lack of FAQ. Things like: how to operate dishwasher, and where to dump garbage. They are absolutely trivial once you figure out the answer. However, the fact that guests have to spend any time rediscovering what is well known to the management is very frustrating. Also selection of art for decoration leaves some room for improvement.
Slightly out of the main city area, however excellent value for money and would recommend to others
We did enjoy staying here. it was close to a supermarket. The walk into the city was not a hassel. The walk home up hill was! Could not fault the appartment. Having a laundry facility was great. Perhaps a shelf in the bathroom was the only thing that we could have thought of. It was close to some great eating places. We have recomended this already to our friends.
Decent size apartment, but lacked some things - such as no DVD player in the room. Furnishing was also very minimal.
The Tribeca was a well laid out self catering apartment. The kitchen was clean but equipment within was tired looking. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board which was a god send when you are travelling around Australia for some time. The kitchen was open planned to the lounge, but this was not a issue The aircon was fantastic. The bedroom and bathroon was basic but clean. The location was at a traffic lights junction and the Brisbane Ambulance HQ was just 200 mtrs away. This did not cause too much distruption. You could get into Brisbane city within a 10-15 minute walk so this saved us in hiring a car. Result. There is a couple pubs, restrauants, shops and a 500 metre walk or a main supermarket. There is a steam room, swimming pool although the pool was cold. Overall, the Tribeca Apartments Brisbane was a well priced location with good facilities. I would recommend staying here. I would stay again. Overall 8/10.
Excellent location on top floor overlooking Brisbane River and north. 5 minute walk to central Brisbane. Our 2 b/r unit was clean and well-equippped. Helpful staff fixed non-functioning light (desk not manned 24 hrs). Only minus was poor ventilation design. Balcony doors are openable so sipping a beer out there is a nice thing to do on a warm night. All other windows have openable frames but are fixed shut by aluminium channel. Split system in the lounge is fine for living area but not ducted to bedrooms. However we'd go there again.
Very nice place to stay and was central to Eagle Street Pier,Chinatown & the show grounds. Public transport was just around the corner & there were nice views from the 4th floor. Didn't get to use the pool,spa or sauna but they looked nice.
We were quite impressed with the Tribeca Apartments when in Brisbane. Very good value and close to all the amenities we needed

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was huge. There were two bathorooms, which was great. For the price it is good value. There is very limited service - towels changed once in three days and reception hours are limited. However, this is an apartment so it wasn't expected. Location is walking distance to Fortitude Valley and the city (15 min either way).
Great accommodation at reasonable prices, handy to the city.
This facility caused me no dramas and my stay was, if a little impersonal, well handled. I would stay again if travelling thru Brisbane. The unit was very comfortable.
Noise can be an issue - the airport train line is right next to hotel. Soundproofing of rooms also may need improvement, especially nosie from apartments that are directly above the room we occupied. However, our overall experience was enjoyable.
