We stayed 6 nights. The staff were friendly, helpful and assisted immediately when a situation occurred unrelated to the hotel. While the rooms are not huge they are comfortable, clean and attactive. The location is very central, a handy walk to everything. We highly recommend the Trinity Hotel.

Central but quiet location with friendly staff and good facilities. Priced right as well. Room could have done with a good spring clean although the bathroom was spotless.
The Room, I stayed in for the weekend was comfortable with everything I needed. A tad noisey, as we had windows to the street from the 4th floor. Otherwise a heater to keep us Warm and cosy, very clean. I did not receive a Thank You, card or at least I dont think so. Great Stay! Thanks
Great service, pity the room was so small and we had no towels when we first arrived, but when i called to request more they delivered them straight away. No problems, will not hesitate to use again...
very obliging staff who 'under promised;over delivered'
Overall is good, just the shower box's drainage has some problem that water are so easy to overflow to the floor.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise, obviously recently renovated and nicely so. I would recommend prebooking parking as otherwise could be difficult although there is a public parking station over the road. Wellington can be difficult to negotiate if you are new to town with many one way streets. Parking is best reached via Dixon street rather than Willis. Very central location. Rooms are quiet, relatively small but definitely comfortable.
The Hotel is in a very good location handy to cafes and the shopping mall. Staff were very approachable and helpful. We would stay with Trinity Hotel again.
Great location, close to Cuba Street cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to art gallery, museum, ferry. Rooms are small but clean. Good budget hotel.
A pleasant room with character, though not large. Staff helpful. Location great, very close to Cuba Steet and associated cafes. Street was a bit noisy in pm with partying youngsters. Meals and drinks available in a bar/cafe open to the public. Cooked breakfast as part of my room deal was well cooked, but on one day the couple of staff just were not able to efficiently cope with the amount of customers. Overall a good stay.
As most other reviews said, no air con made the room a little hot, and opening the window let in quite a bit of noise on Saturday night. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was quite adequate. The hotel was in quite a good position, dont know if i would stay again though.
Thanks for our stay we found your staff very friendly and the room very comfortable and clean.
Great staff, very accomodating. Room comfortable and beautifully clean. Nice an centrally located. Pricing resonable. Only one thing, the room was very hot and stuffy, so had to drag the fan out of the closet.
Great location. little or No parking available in hotel carparkwhich means moving car around streets. Parking (or lack of it ) not mentioned when booking.
I was very happy with our accommodation and the service we received from all the staff. Our room was extremely clean and the gentleman who attended to us was most helpful. It was an enjoyable experience for my family and I.
The room was small but clean and great for a short stay. The front desk was helpful and efficient. We had breakfast at the hotel the two days we were staying. The first morning the breakfast service was extremely slow and the food only marginal. The second day, the service was quick and the food much better. They seemed to be very disorganized in the bar/restaurant in the morning. We did not go in any other time during our stay so cannot comment on lunch, dinner or bar service. All told, would definitly stay again.
good injoyed our stay, staff very good and friendly, not far from shops
Good location but on the left side there is alot of street noise. The rooms on this wing are older and the shower door did not close so flooded the floor. I have stayed there before in the right the room was newer, bigger and less street noise. The staff are friendly and very helpful, good value for money in general
We just needed a room that was clean and comfortable and the Trinity definitely provided that. A rotating fan in the wardrobe was highly appreciated as the weather in Wellington was awesome and the room didn't have aircon. The location is fantastic as so central to everything and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend it given the price of the room which included 2 cooked breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.
