Tropical Garden Resort Phuket

We were pleased by every aspect of this hotel. The bigger pool is excellent. It was quite a walk up to the room and involved 2 lifts but the view was worth all the trouble. All the staff were excellent and the breakfast (included in the price) was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and look forward to staying there again. It is the best beach in Phuket just down the street and the best beachside bars by far.

Very good location being less thna 10 minutes from Kata Beach and beachside restaurants. Great pool and friendly staff. Room had steam room plus private outdoor courtyard shower. We would stay there again.

overall quite acceptable

Stayed in the SPA Deluxe Room, a little smell of mold and the bed was terrible. We requested to change the bed, and so they did. The location is great, in the heart of Kata, near to nice restaurants (2chefs) and the beach. The staff is nice, with some few exceptions (fat lady). The other drawback is that you must climb a lot of stairs to reach the room. Need some extra lifts there. In general nice hotel, breakfast good and wifi available.

nice hotel next to a rather nice beach, with two major swimming pools. walking distance to kata village which has some nice restaurants & shopping, however without any thai atmosphere or ordinary thai folk (all the customers of restaurants were farang tourists). couldn't find the real thai village people. a lot of russian tourists as well

I had a lovely time at your hotel but the only problem I had experienced is that the reception staff have great difficulty in communicating with hotel guests. I had a problem with flights and on many occassions whenever i had asked for help they couldn't help me. They could not understand my requests. It was very frustrating especially when I couldn't organise my emergency flight from Phuket to meet with another adjoining flight. All ammendments had to be carried out from Australia. Apart from the language problem all was good. Definitely a nice place to stay at and location is ideal. It reminded of the greek islands. Great.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the end of Dec. Room rate was good but gala New Year's Eve dinner overpriced. Walk to beach is about 4 mins, which to me is a plus; when I need to sleep I can without noise from the beach, but only a short walk away. Check out time 12 noon was strictly adhered to, but hotel did hold luggage until taxi arrived.

Very good Hotel. Pros: Place is very quiet and Near the quiet part of Kata bay. 3 min going to the sea, 7 min going to local center: bars, restourants and shopping. Pull is great. Breakfast was rich: several types of fried eggs, baking "on-line", sausages, potatos, some kins of stews , many vegitables, fruits juices... . Cons: Partial vew of bay some superior rooms it only the part of sea, but some rooms have very good vew. Little going up to your room- about 70 steps - theese steps are not covered by elevator.

The Hotel is great if you want to be away from things. We spent most of our time going to Patong for some night life. Apart from that we really enjoyed the hotel

nice staff, great views from the higher building, tv, balcony, sea view and two decent size pools. terrific.

Excellent value hotel in a great location if you want to be a short walk away from night life and shops while being secluded enough to enjoy your own peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

great views from top floors of the sea, nice rooms, pool etc. bit of a climb so not suitable for disabled persons but grat value for money at 32 usd per night for sea view room. restaurant not too good but loads in the surrounding areas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel which is in a great location with easy walk to Kata beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. Booked a superior seaview room through 'ratestogo' and the view from our large room on the 6th floor was just magnificent. A buffet breakfast was included and the food was fresh with lots of variety. Lots of stairs (140 to our room) would make this hotel unsuitable for anyone with physical limitations

Staff were extremely welcoming and most helpful. The hotel and its grounds were immaculate. Beautiful view over Kata Beach. Comes highly recommended.
