Refurbished in 2001, Hotel Tropical has welcomed Ibiza's tourism for more than 40 years. It's located at San Antonio's heart, where the majority of tourist attractions of the island are. Getting there:Hotel Tropical is placed at San Antonio's heart, just ten minutes walk from to the nearest beach, harbour and the world known Sunset Cafes, if you want to experience Ibiza's mystic side. At sunset, share with the sea the last sunlight of a day that has just started. It's 150 meters from San An's night-time action centre: the West End, where the great variety of pubs and discos means loads of fun. The promenade's music and fountains show and the daily hippy market are added attractions to San Antonio's nightlife. From there, there is a short walk to the prestigious big discos of El Arenal and the bay, or you can get public transport to Ibiza's biggest clubs. Don't you waste a minute of Ibiza's magic night time!

It is very lovely hotel, so many young people there, the swiming pool is good with good party music, the breakfast is 4 star level, the half board supplyment is worth to try, the room with bacany, very nice, recoment to young people, the location is good, but not perfect.
hotel has very good location, but be carefull: one side of the hotel has rooms with balconies and TVs another without both, just with big window. In general hotel is clean and good if you dont expect smth special.
This hotel was much better than expected. Didn't know what to expect with it being an 18-30's place but it was fine. Not too much noise and the pool was a massive plus point. Location couldn't be beaten being only a few minutes walk from either the West End or Cafe del Mar. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside about the pool area were some of the miserable bar staff who would steal your water from you if you didn't buy their miniscule bottles from the bar. They were even peaking in people's bags! Completely unncessary in my opinion.
Hotel was simple, very clean, staff were helpful and location was brilliant for the west end. Even though it was very central the room I had was quiet so that sleep I did have was undisturbed! Only downside was the room was quite warm it was the hottest time of year though, but there was a powerful fan in the room but no air conditioning! The bathroom was small but did have a bath and shower and everything looked brand new. Would definitely stay here again. Also a brilliant breakfast, could have everything from juice, cereal, full hot breakfast, croissants, coffee, everything you could want if you manage to get up in time!
It hasn't got airconditioning in rooms.That is terrible in summer, as room temputure is steaming. However, the service is excellent.
