"The room we were in had no window. The glass sliding entrance door had difficulty locking & caused some distress ( we stayed for one week). One receptionist was helpful - the other indifferent. The electric plug-in hotplates (it was advertised as a kitchenette) worked but the hotplate substance was disintegrating. The small bar fridge didn't , in my view, qualify for a kitchenette status. Cleaning staff were both helpful & polite. " - Anonymous
