Located in a residential area next to the M-11 motorway connecting Barajas Airport and the fairground of Madrid, quite near the M-40 between the N-1 Burgos and N11 Barcelona, next to the Olivar de Hinojosa golf course, and well communicated with the city centre. It is accessible by bus (nº 115 from Avenida de América), line 9 of the uderground (leaving from Nuevos Ministerios) and by car (N-II, M-40, A-10 roads).
