"We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We picked it hoping it would have reasonable facilities with a central location at a reasonable price. When we booked in, we asked for a quiet room not on the main street, non-smoking. We were put in a room which was somewhere on the back or side and it was as quiet as you could expect given that you were staying in a busy location. The street noise was not a problem. The bathroom was fine with everything working properly. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel each morning and there was a good selection of food. Service throughout was good. The location in terms of walking to places we wanted to see was excellent. We would certainly go back to the hotel if we stayed in Madrid again. " - Anonymous
