"the location and cleaniness of the hotel were excellent, staff at reception v. helpful although we did cross paths with a grumpy maid but she was avoidable and did not lower the tone of the hotel or our holiday. A jem of a hotel well worth it!!" - Anne Marie McCarthy

"A really nice room - well worth the sea view option as it is a most beautiful outlook through large windows. The room was generous in size, clean and modern. We really relaxed here and were most comfortable. Good location less than a block from the beach - would definitely return here and recommend!" - Anonymous

"The Location was wonderful! One short block away from La Concha Bay. Right in the middle of the city. We were a walking distance from every where. The old part of the city was just right there. Our rate included breakfast wich was superb!!! We drank mimosas (champagne with orange juice) for breakfast and a big chesse and spanish ham (Serrano ham) omelette every day. Splendid breakfast buffet with fruits, different breads and sweets! What we didn´t like was that they didn-t have concierge service and hat to carry up a staircase our big suitcases ourselfs after an 8 hour flight from Santo Domingo, and a wait in the airport for a flight to San Sebastian of 6 hours! We just wanted someone to help us with that!! But if what you need is to be near every thing in San Sebastian an enjoy walking I would recomend to stay there." - Miguel Angel, Sandy Fernandez

"Very good hotel.Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was a smell in the bathroom in the mornings, but it may have been a problem outside the control of the hotel as we experienced it out on the street in front of the hotel also." - Anonymous
