Getting there:Nearest Tube Station: Paddington From Praed Street turn south into London Street. Turn left into Norfolk Square and Tudor Court is on the left.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is Midday, but the staff will be happy to take care of the luggage until the room is ready. Early arrival welcome to leave their luggage and go to view the Hyde Park or surrounding areas. We need 72 hours cancellation notice prion to arrival date or one night charge. Once checked-in, charges are not refundable.
Car parking:There is Pay and Display parking around the square and free parking from 6.30 pm on Saturdays to 8.30 am on Mondays; and on weekdays after 6.30 pm until 8.30 am the following morning. Further parking is available in various car parks close to the hotel.
Child Policy:Child up to 3 years stays free when sharing a room with paying adults.
About 4 floors , no elevator, no locked room for safe keeping of laguage on check out day.
The place was huge but my room was tiny and the lock on the door was practically broken. The showers and toilets were terrible, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location near Paddington Station, but without an elevator for luggage, it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel.

The hotel is at a nice location near all services and a subway station. The room I had was very small and it smelled like somebody had smoked cigarettes there non stop for at least ten years. The furniture was the type that you can´t find even at a second hand shop. Otherwise the service is good, the people are kind and the breakfast is decent.
