"I stayed 5 nights. The hotel facilities were very good and the staff helpful and friendly. I asked if I could possibly have a quiet room and was given one on the fourth floor at the back. Be warned - the trains rumble past 24 hours a day! The noise was horrendous - now I know why the receptionist offered me some earplugs on arrival!!! It did spoil my stay! I had to TV on all the time to try and drown out the noise to no avail!" - Lynne Troupe


"The buffet breakfast was very good. Housekeeping could do with improvement - one day we had no handtowels (but 4 bath towels); the next day we didn't get a bath mat...but this is nothing serious!
