Getting there:Nongsa is located at the northeast part of Batam Island with a 19km coastline. Conveniently accessible from Singapore, Nongsapura Ferry Terminal caters to the arrival of tourists from the region and Hang Nadim Airport serves domestic flights from major cities in Indonesia. Turi Beach Resort is a 35-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal - Singapore and a 5-minute drive from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. A return transfer between the ferry terminal and the Resort is provided.

Our stay for one day/night was a nice break in a lovely setting, but the attention to detail was definitely not in the service. Rooms although standard were towards shabby but clean. A lack of customer care should be looked at as a way to improve service. I think you could find better value for money elsewhere in Asia.
Good place for a short get-away, but the hotel needs to upgrade its facilities. Especially by the poolside. The deck chairs and the cushions are falling apart and towels provided are often not enough for the guests. Hopefully after the new wing is completed, they will upgrade the pool facilities as well.

100% happy, but the 10% extra needed to be perfect were missing
My first impression of Turi when i first check-in was the breath-taking surrounding. Though Singapore was 35 mins away from Turi but we felt like we are in Bali with the cottage look alike unit and the sea infront of us was very calm and soothing. The staff was great and friendly. We really enjoy ourselves although it was just a short stay. I recommended to all the people i know & some of them even get to stay there themselves and they always came back with the same impression as mine.
