Getting there:Very near the city centre, near the Instituto Superior Tecnico, between Avenida da Republica and the Alameda D. Afonso Henriques. Underground station of Alameda less than 5min walking away, as well as several buses to the city centre.
Check-in Procedure:Client must present the original Voucher at check-in. Provide a Credit Card information for any extras not included in the voucher. So you can relax or walk a little more, on Sunday we give you the opportunity to do the check-out up to 14.00.

Child Policy:The 1st Child under 12years old is free and the 2nd pays 50% of an extra bed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. WiFi access can be spotty at times though. Breakfast is adequate withscrambled eggs, cold cuts, sweet bread, fruit and coffee. The waitresses are always smiling. The only thing worth making a note of is that the hotel is some distance away from downtown Lisbon (or at least the turisty stuff). so we had to walk or taxi a lot. Would recommend this hotel to friends to friends
This time we were on the 1st floor, The wood tiles on the floor were damaged, toilet didn't flush well. Last room on 4th floor had no problems like that. Over all,: great staff, nice place. Good value and... breakfast included. I would rate it 3 star. Not the 4 star hotel they advertise.
Great service, rooms are a bit small but probably normal for Lisbon. Very friendly staff, nice and clean place. Overall, a great experience
The room was a bit small and we missed chairs to sit on. Two armchairs would have been nice instead of one stool. We stayed in the hotel for a week, and it was boring to spend all the time on the bed - it made one feel like staying in the hospital. The breakfast was somewhat below the four-star level. The free internet worked well and was important to us. Another good thing was that the Airport Bus stop at Saldanha Square was near (they didn,t allow us to take suitcases into the Carrier bus no 22, which stopped nearer to the hotel).
Brand new hotel. Everything is clean and fresh. Staff is VERY helpful and accomodating. It is close to a metro stop, which we used to get easily around. The neighborhood felt very safe3. I highly recommend it.
The hotel was almost new (opened 1 Oct) and a few teething troubles. Bathroom amenities like shampoo never replaced over a 4 night stay. Main disadvantage to a room at the back was it got very hot in the sun all day,- even in October- and a/c totally ineffective. Had to keep window wide open night and day. Could be unbearable in Summer. Very clean tho and good breakfast. Almeda is a bit away from any places of interest, but metro quite close- tho up quite a hill when you come back.
