"We got a room on the 1st floor, we have to walk through a twisted corridor to get to it, not convenient if you have heavy lugguage. The room was very basic and the window frame seemed that it would fall out anytime. We then asked for another room instead. It was on the top (5th) floor and it was quite OK. The hotel is kind of old, but at lease the staff did a good job in keeping our rooms clean. It is classified as a 4 star hotel. I would give it a 3 star instead. The waiters in the restaurant didn't smile at all, and there was no tea bags for breakfast." - edmund tam
