"The staff were unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was huge and pleasantly furnished but smelled musty so had to keep the window open. The restaurant served nice food and again the service was excellent. The location was rather out of the main city but that meant it was quiet . There were plenty of restaurants around and the occasional shop, particularly the lovely dress shop on the next corner. In all, I had a very pleasant stay there." - Anonymous


"This hotel is away from the city center but is close to a Metro station. For us with a 3-year-old and a baby, the location was not convenient as mentioned in other reviews. Hotel description:    The hotel was built in 2002 and consists of 56 non smoking double rooms on 7 floors. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, lifts, a health/beauty centre (additional fees apply), hairdressers, a TV room, a garage (available for an additional fee) and a car park. Dining options include a homely bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance.
In the restaurant "Turim a la carte" you can appreciate the delicious meals for the traditional Portuguese gastronomy.
The buffet breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7:00 until 10:30 (on Sundays is extend until 11:30).
