Turim Lisboa Hotel Guest Reviews

4.8 out of 5

This is a 4* hotel... Quality/price very good... Very good breakfast... A nice restaurant just in front of the hotel... Nice staff... I am going to come here again...

3.8 out of 5

The staff were unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was huge and pleasantly furnished but smelled musty so had to keep the window open. The restaurant served nice food and again the service was excellent. The location was rather out of the main city but that meant it was quiet . There were plenty of restaurants around and the occasional shop, particularly the lovely dress shop on the next corner. In all, I had a very pleasant stay there.

This hotel is away from the city center but is close to a Metro station. For us with a 3-year-old and a baby, the location was not convenient as mentioned in other reviews. Room service is poor, stay away unless absolutely necessary. For the rest, the hotel was good; clean and spacious.

Nice and clean hotel, good location, large size rooms, free tea and coffee making facilities in room, helpful and friendly staff, very good breakfast, close to metro, free wireless internet in rooms and lobby, highly recommended hotel.

In fact we stayed in Turim Alameda hotel since the originally booked hotel was full. What i especially did not like is that they tried to convince me that i did not book specifically Turim Lisbon hotel but any of Turim hotels and therefore I should go to Alameda since that one accepts us. On the other hand Alameda was brand new hotel belonging to Turim chain, opened just a week before we arrived and was a block away from Turim Lisbon. Being brand new it had all facilities new and clean. The only complaint is about the size of the bed. For me and my husband, both not being really big people, we hardly fit in. Otherwise was nice hotel, good price and would go there again.

Dirty table in the breakfastroom (they only refresh the tablecloth once a day???). Floor in the room was not clean. Very big room, three beds, the possibility to make tea in your room make it a good pricing. Breakfast included with a lot of choice te make...

I recommend this hotel. It's not in the immediate city centre, but if you like walking this is not a problem. It is close to the Metro and nice and clean with decent breakfast where everyone can find something that suits them.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. We will probably go back there again and we will be happy to recommend this to friends etc. Our only negative comment concerns the time for the cleaning of the room which, in our opinion, should take place be a little earlier in the afternoon and not around 5 or 6 p.m. when people get back to the hotel to rest after having walked around all day and before going out for dinner.

Location was perfect. Very close from the Metro station. Breakfirst was good, too. However, on 2nd night, there was no bathmat provided so requested over the phone but waited about half an hour for it....

We recently stayed at the Tunrim hotel, staff were excellent and went out of thier way to help. Hotel is close to the centre of town and couple of minutes walk from the underground and aero bus route (bus from the airport). Rooms are spacious and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon at the Turim Hotel. The rooms were large and well appointed with large bathrooms. Plenty lights and mirrors. Room was quiet considering the central location, close to two Metro stations. The breakfast was varied - both foods and time options. We just had a bar snack later but dinner menu sounded lovely. Bar good and staff friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is opened recently, position is just off the main city centre in very quite street and close to many fashion designer shops and big supermarket as well as two tube stations. Very clean, small hotel, large rooms and new furniture, for this price I don't think you will get anything better in Lisbon.

Very calm, since not at the main street 200 m to a small supermarket 300 m to a post office 500 m to the next metro station 700 m to a Europcar station 10 min taxidrive to the airport (ca. 6 Euro) Restaurant better than the most in town and even cheaper, but closed on Sunday (only for breakfast open) The breakfast menu was okay. Enough, but only one kind of cheese and ham. There is a hairdryer in the room Rooms are quite big
