good standard of accomodation...good for families with lots to keep you amused....good security.....facilites opened at a good hour in the morning.

The Childrens play areas were not suitable for children under 4 very disappointing. no elevators very difficult to access rooms lugging baggage up 3 flights of stairs. Booked a triple room bedding allocated a double bed plus a roll up bed that was very uncomfortable

I found the facilities very good, especially with a young child, I would definitely use it again and recommend it to my family. I wish I could say the same about one of the receptionists who handled my checkin. Very rude young lady, who I did confront the next day about the way she spoke to me but unfortunately it had little effect, another patron agreed with me at the time. The rest of the staff were excellent. I would like to suggest that you have an affordable block rate for use of Putt Putt. My grandson aged 6, loved playing it every day and I inquired as to purchasing a block booking for the time we were there, but was told in no uncertain terms by the same receptionist that there was only one rate.

It is a great resort for families and would stay again for sure. The staff are very helpful and was not to far from theme parks.

Ample facilities for the whole family - 2x tennis courts, 6x pools, put put course, easy walking distance to fabulous beach with lifeguard. Short drive to Mall. Friendly staff. Great with all parking underground and card security system at all entry/exit points for family safety.

a fantastic hotel, very child friendly, very secure, highly recommended to familys, we will definately stay again. The pizzaria cutlery/plates was not very clean so recommend eating in your apartment which was spotless & has everything you need. I would recommend ground floor units if you have small children as there is no lifts.

i was extremely impressed with the resort, my only complaint is the late check in and early check out. this is common though for hotels and resorts. my stay was for only the one night so i did not get the chance to use any facilities except the pizzeria.

We had 2 two bedrooms for 9 adults which had an ajoining door which we had open all the time which made it all seem spacious. Two bathrooms with a separate toilet per unit was also good.

Great resort - a bit short on space around the units - they've packed them in! - but good facilities, several pools, tennis courts, free movies for the kids, nice little cafe on site. Vey handy for Surfers, Pacific Fair, Theme Parks, etc. Loads of family restaurants nearby. Unit inside was spacious, clean and reasonably well fitted out (the living room chairs could use a bit more support). Helpful and friendly staff. Good value.

We liked the on site wood-fired pizzeria, reasonable selection and price. The pools and landscaping give a lovely, relaxing resort feel. Only negative was a mattress with broken springs, however this was replaced on request.

Very spacious apartments with modern cooking facilities. Apartments all have a verander surrounded by lovely gardens and close to one of the four pools. The cinema was not in working order during our stay. The beach is two streets away and takes about a 5-10 minute walk depending on the age of the children. Around the hotel there are many Chinese, Thai, Italian resturants. Across the road is a Subway, Sushi place, breadshop and BWS. It is about a 15 minute drive to Surfers and there is a bus that stops right in frount of the hotel. The apartment are not serviced and only supply bath towels. You can pay a fee for pool towels but I reccomment you bring your own. Our family had a wonderful holiday there that went to quickly and we would definately return again.
