Tweed Ultima Apartments

Close to clubs , food places and local supermarkets. Not so crowded like surfers paradise goood for famlies.

Great apartments at a great price. There was a little mix up with the room, but the staff sorted it out quickly and easily and gave us a fantastic water facing room on the 9th floor. The bathrooms could have had a little bleaching sound the bath, but other than that, it was wonderful. 4.5 stars.

An excellent value for money establishment. A really good size for a 1 bedroom appt. All the mod cons. Only complaint was the Air Con was not able to cope with the Qld heat. We did advise reception who did their best to fix the problem including provision of a fan. Would deffinately stay again

All good except I booked and paid for a "2 bedroom high floor" apartment and only got on 6th floor when there were 11 or 12 floors so not sure what their definition of a high floor actually is.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY! There was so much space in the apartment for my family and still had enough room for visitors. The Location was PERFECT! Its in the heart of Coolangatta, yet hidden away from the rush and busyness of the Coolangatta strip which i loved. Even better we did'nt need to use the car. Everything is in walking distance... Will DEFINITELY book again for our next family holiday getaway!

I loved the apartment so spacious and plenty of room for a family. We had the two bedroom two bathroom, which was perfect. I would highly recommend a stay at this location. Park the car and walk to the shops and water. Quick drive up to surfers and all the beaches. we are definitely going back!!

The location of The Tweed Ultima Apartments is excellent. Walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and our friends. The bed was very comfortable and the only thing missing was a box of tissues which is normally provided in all accom.

We were only there for two nights but could have stayed a week. Great location, really close to everything. Didn't get the car out all weekend. Luxury apartments, just could have had a bigger bed. Would stay there again

Security was also excellent especially at night

This was a fabulous, modern hotel. Space was definetly a highlight, and even a huge balcony. The room was really nicely furnished with a very new yet classic look. The kitchen was well applianced and all electronics were catered for. Theres easy access if your coming from Brisbane with just a turn off the high way. The location was fantastic as it was not over populated yet just a walk down to the local surf beach, McDonalds, Gloria Jeans, Cold Rock, and other great fashion stores. An overall very enjoyable stay and would deffinetly recommend. :))

We stayed during the Wintersun festival in June. We parked the car and walked everywhere. It's so central. The apartment is very spacious, with big windows offering views of the water and the mountains. The living area opens right up onto a huge enclosed balcony that's perfect for outdoor dining. A well-appointed apartment that was exactly as pictured on the website. We'd definitely recommend a stay.

The view from our balcony was good (ocean), but before the ocean view we saw the back of a very old pub.....not really that appealing when you go for a beach holiday. No complaints about room or facilities.

Basic, clean but no character. Needs hairdryer.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Tweed aprtments for a family of 5 room size allowed us all plenty of space. The lady at reception could have been a bit friendlier and didn't allow us the use of the facilities e.g. pool when we arrived earlier than planned and it was 30c and only 4 lounge chairs by the pool was no where near enough. But everything else was good and we would go back again.

1 bedroom apartments do not have a good view. A very nice modern room though.

Although I contacted the office several days prior to my check-in on Xmas day to confirm there would be no problems with check in on Xmas day, I was unable to reach the provided out of hours contact number on my arrival. The emergency mobile no. was only visible from inside the foyer when I "slipped"in when another guest entered the building after trying for about 45mins.

All good except that the air conditioning kept breaking down which made it very uncomfortable, as it is too windy to keep windows open. Consequently very hot at night. Staff attempted to fix but were not able to keep it functioning. Also the garbage shute smells in the hallway.

The shower in the main bedroom was unclean because the shower could not drain properly. This was the fault of the builder, not the owner of the apartment. The spa on the 1st floor was not hot enough. Generally the facilities were very nice and the cleanliness was good. We had problems checking in because there was not staff until around 9.30am the following morning, not really an issue though because we could access our room anyway.
