Veer left at exit onto Flemington Rd, Parkville. Veer left from Flemington Rd into Elliot Ave. Continue along McArthur Rd Parkville Continue along Cemetery Rd W, Carlton North at University College Continue along College Cr, Carlton North at Melbourne General Cemetery At the roundabout take the second exit onto Swanston St Carlton Turn left into Elgin St, Carlton at St Marys College Continue along Elgin until in turns into Johnston St. Continue along Johnston until you reach 91 Johnston St
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open from 7am to 9pm, if arriving outside of these times please contact Reception with approximate arrival time. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard Tyrian registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay. On arrival a credit card imprint and pre-authoristion is required. Suitable Phote ID will also be requested.
Car parking:Complimentary undercover car park available for all guests.
Child Policy:Children are allowed. Please note there is a strict 'no party' policy at Tyrian Serviced Apartments.
I stayed for three nights at Tyrian Apartments and was of exceptional standard and service. I stayed with children and partner and we all had an amazing break away, the children just want to go back to 'the hotel'.Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
We have stayed several times at Tyrian and we have found the location, the apartment and service excellent. The apartments are very well appointed with good quality fittings, comfortable beds and good equipment. The only slight issue is that it can get a little noisy on Friday nights from street noise. However, we will continue to come back again and again as our place of choice to stay in Melbourne.

Rates are for 2 people. Extra bed $50.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 3 guests in total.
These stunning two bedrooms, two bathroom serviced apartments are spacious enough to hold a business meeting or the whole family. The main bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and the second can either be left as a king bed or transformed into two king singles. The apartment also features a stylish fully equipped kitchen with an open plan dining and living area leading onto a terrace.

Wonderful little gem in the heart of Fitzroy. At a year old is wearing very well, everything was in perfect condition. Beds so comfortable I could have slept all weekend. Staff and service, the best I have experienced. One small suggestion - add another layer of glazing to the bedroom windows - late night / early morning revellers did disturb on their way home. Looking forward to my next stay.
the apartments are spotless clean new, its close to coffee shops,restaurants and bars... transport is good and its only around AUD$12 for a taxi from the CBD... pretty good:)
Nice balcony, quiet, well presented, helpful staff.
These are beautiful, modern, clean apartments in a fabulous part of town - 2 seconds from Brunswick st! The only problem with these apartments is regarding one part of the design. As each apartment has a balcony - the internal apartment next to us had an internal balcony that was directly outside our bedroom window (ie, our window opened onto their balcony). For us, some noisy neighbours out there smoking, made for a poor night's sleep. Not sure how this could be fixed. The staff were lovely about it though and all round were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly consider staying again to give it another try.
