U Krize Hotel Prague

Fantastic hotel, particularly in the winter when the rates are low. The breakfast has a good variety, the staff is friendly and the hotel is located within walking distance to the city center and has a tram stop across the street for easier access. Fantastic location, fantastic hotel.

I stayed here happily for two days at the end of my stay in Prague. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept the hotel open for me even though it was supposed to be closed for a renovation period. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was well laid out and delicious. My room was characterful and clean. An easy walk to the centre or by tram.

Nice hotel, on walkable distance from the Charles Bridge and the centre of the city. Also helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom simple, with a shower only. No airco. Good breakfast (included), with a.o. several kinds of bread, eggs (boiled or baked), sausages, serials, tomatoes, fruit, juices and an excellent cake (home made). One minor point: tram passes by that hotel, so you hear and 'feel' it passing by when trying to sleep... Might not bother you, but for somebody with sleeping problems it might. Nice plus: you get free coffee and home made cake from noon to late afternoon.
